I'm expecting a 3 or 4 goal victory for 115 this evening, so it's imperative that we follow suit on Saturday. Can't be letting them pull away on GD.

I imagine a lot of these Chelsea fans wanting their club back are the same fans who wanted their club to lose to man city because it was bad for Arsenal.
What does 'we want our Chelsea back' mean exactly? Cars parked around the perimeter of the pitch? Half-empty stadiums? Or do they mean when they were able to cheat with impunity and get away with it?
Yeah, but I'm just livid that we did. We shouldn't have done.
Adam Clery absolutely spot on - as always - with his analysis of the city game. So refreshing to have someone that good providing analysis for free when the analysis we're forced to pay for is so regularly shite.
Indeed!
I want to enjoy Chelsea being rubbish, but I'm just livid we dropped two points away to them.
What a beautiful thing that would be.
Might buy a 1000-piece puzzle from a charity shop and send them one piece per week.
Apparently it costs them £2.60 each time the freepost is used. I'm thinking of sending them a weekly newsletter.
This would be very welcome indeed.
Another London Stadium 0-6 wouldn't go amiss.
I regularly think I need to get myself back into counselling as it's been a while, but I check myself at the moment as I just don't think a therapist would want to listen to me bang on weekly about existential crises that are actually all somehow about Arsenal.
That's fair enough. If we won the CL I'd be ecstatic, but in the back of my mind I'd be gutted at still not having got over the line in the league. Let's hope we win them both, eh! Ha.
I don't think so. It's way more important to me to get the 22 year wait off our backs before winning a maiden CL. Personally, anyway. You?
I wish I had a crystal ball. If you offered me the option to see how the season pans out and to know every impending result of the run-in now, I'd snap your arm off. I just want to know. I'd give anything to know.
In under 24 hours I've gone from utter sadness to thinking Saturday can't come soon enough. It's a sickness, really.
If I were a betting man, I'd bet on City. But I absolutely cannot get rid of the last remaining hopes that linger. Let's see what happens. One game at a time. Stranger things have happened.
Yeah. I think it's copium more than anything. But I just look at their game at Bournemouth and tell myself that it's possible they drop points. Or that we might stick 6 past Burnley and enlarge our goal difference. Trying to cling to something.
In my search for positives/straw-clutching, I have come to the conclusion that winning in the last minute on the final day of the season will be infinitely more exciting and emotional than winning it by 9 points.
Maybe the football gods don't hate us, maybe they just want us to get that moment?
For sure. I actually think I'm feeling more positive today. Needed to get the sadness out of my system. I think I'll be less stressed watching now and it'll be a lovely surprise if we still somehow get it done.
Hypothetical for you:
It's the final day of the season. We need to score one last goal to win the league on goal difference. We're in the last minute of added time. Who would you want the Mickey Thomas chance to fall to?
I was at Acceptance yesterday, I'm now bordering back on Bargaining...
I'm not even entertaining the thought of goal difference being a factor. They're definitely going to score more goals than we are. I think it's as simple as having to win all of our games and praying they fail to turn up in one of theirs and drop a couple of points.
Yeah, pretty sure that's correct. Points > GD > GS > H2H.
Goal difference is +1 in our favour. City have scored two more goals than us.
The good thing about not having an FA Cup semi to play is that even though City can go top on Wednesday, we can get straight back there on Saturday. The situation we find ourselves in is not ideal, but it is very simple. Win every game and there's still a chance.
Any frustration I have about yesterday is completely dwarfed by the fact that if we’d played like that all season we’d be about 15 clear.
