Resolve, Blender and Clip Studio Paint! It's not a 1:1 feature equivalent, but it's most of what I need, and crucially they're all free or one-time fees, plus also... They're not Adobe, which is a big bonus in and of itself 😌

There needs to be a way to detach your head temporarily and leave it for service, so you don't have to deal with it for a while, give the body a break. Have all the fluids checked, a proper deep clean, maybe strip the skin off and steam press it for a while? Get it back all fresh!
