Feeling very lucky to be part of a team of historians awarded a stay at a Landmark Trust property in 2025 as part of their Futures Scheme to advance our project thinking about nightlife in eighteenth century towns. We will be staying at Belmont a beautiful Georgian seaside villa in Lyme Regis.

It looks like the philistines will get their way. Far fewer universities, far fewer courses, far less opportunity for most school leavers and a far lower quality of education for those who do.
