This was a great read
But in his defense, this is honestly a hilarious thread to read
This dude's clearly a bot. Just block and enjoy life
Man, I loved reading and hearing your analysis for FiveThirtyEight. Very sad to hear it's over

I'm loving this. This has been a wild 24 hours for the western conference
Excellent movie. I hadn't thought about how the outcome of the election might affect its odds, but I think that's a great point
Glad to help! I also don't like when my feed is clogged up with reposts
It's not a way to turn it off in the traditional sense, but you can follow a feed called Only posts, that only shows original posts from people you follow without reposts
Something to note, San Antonio approved a couple of BRT lines that should improve things significantly. If you don't think about the voter rejected light rail project from 2000 and the failed streetcar project from 2014, it's pretty exciting!
The full Texas triangle making an appearance gives me mixed emotions, but great work as always!
I also like mastodon better in theory, but I feel like everyone I wanted to follow there hadn't used their account in months. Even though the learning curve is small, I think most people just want a super simple microblogging app

There's a road not to far from where I live called Old Potato Road and it is my favorite for obvious reasons
My 6 month old sits at the computer with a headset on and a new project started in Reaper
Getting back into recording music with a baby is hard, but I may have found a life hack
Wait I just looked it up and I just totally assumed they were brothers. Richard was Doc's grandson! That's so cool
I have a question for fellow transit nerds: while the battle is still going for the Texas Central HSR project, is it counterproductive to push reps to improve existing passenger rail tracks to allow for higher speeds? Current TX rails are limited to 79mph (mostly slower), but the trains could go 110
It's off his and his brothers album Third Generation Blues
Damn I feel this
This is a good. I gotta start finding the Spurs fans on here to make one
One of my favorites is Doc Watson saying "shuffle them cards, Ricky" on House of the Rising Sun
I've been reading through Oppenheimer's bio, and the direct quotes from McCarthy era republicans are eerily similar to today's republicans. The only difference now is that the movement seems to be immune from being undone by the Supreme Court. I guess time will tell
