Overstepping professional role in this scale (final cut) is bullying too. Regarding sexual comments, it seems, that they got confused, whether they discussed of characters or themselves. I read the complaints and that is my impression, but again, that is just me. Would need more details.
Probably it is just me seeing this as creative process gone bad.
2/2 Probably people have so little understanding of film production, they play very little attention, that the actress took over the film and demanded to make the final cut of the film. That too is using power position to bullying, extremely unprofessional and cruel towards the director.
1/2 Most of the harassment incidents though sound that they have occured in context of creative preplanning. I mean, film is about sex and violence, when discussing this kind of subject misunderstandings can rise. Being just bad director does not necessarily mean predator.
I actually think he will actually be able to it easily. I mean, Times did not double check, thet published well before the deadline they gave to to team Justin, they really published tampered texts, and some of the evidence seems falling apart. Will be interesting case.
I was not happy to note New York Times published and relied on tampered texts. What ever the end result, after reading Baldoni et al. complaint, NYT reporting does not seem to meet stadards. It is sad. We seem to have lost reliable media altogether.

I actually read his complaint. All 87 pages. It is smart, and probably gives better picture of a creative process handling such a delicate topic. I always knew there was more, when I heard Blake took over the editing of the film. And NYT, not so good journalism either. Tampering emails 🤫
I did not totally buy NYT article, and I think the real story is sort of "grey" instead of black and white.

No, ehkä ei ole onnistuneinta kritiikkiä sanoa, että ongelmia on aina, kun henkilö X on paikalla. Minulle siinä on gaslightaamisen piirteitä.
Ja kuten sanoin, kysymys ei ole suoraviivaisista yhteyksistä asioiden välillä, vaan siitä, että henkilöön menevän leimaamisen kanssa on mediankin oltava tarkkana.
