⅓ of all care workers and ⅕ of all NHS workers are migrants, and no, we can't 'train our own' bc we're aging societies with shrinking workforces & we literally do not have enough working age people. We do have more & more people in need of care, though.

I really hate Labour's immigration policies.

When Labour inevitably gets humiliated at the local elections they will have nobody to blame but themselves. They have massively alienated a lot of core voters by chasing Reform with ever more hostile policies against migrants and other marginalised groups.
