I appreciate the response. To clarify, I am a lawyer. And yes, things can be done (appeals, applications, so on) but most times, minus specific circumstances, they don't work. KAG is an example of the specific circumstance. I'm not saying Lud wouldn't qualify, but those orders are tough to overcome

I have the same opinion. He's here to play video games, he isn't causing trouble. The only issue I really had was not knowing if he had a deportation order or not, and this is a practical question, not a judgement. Cause if there was, and I am happy there wasn't, then not much can be done.

Also, do you know if the order from the NJ federal court will help his case as since DHS violated the Habeus petition and sent him out of MD?

Thank you for doing this. It answers a lot of questions people had. As a lawyer, my first concern was if he had a pre-existing deportation order, which the answer appears to be no, he didn't. So this is just DHS doing illegal shit again. Hope this all works out for him.
