Don’t know if hugs irritate the pain so have a distance hug!

Things I’ve done include clenching the fist of the arm opposite being drawn. I also just look the other way. That way I don’t psych myself out and I focus on the opposite arm.

After that the tech/nurse just puts a piece of whatever to cover the site.

As long as I don’t look at it, I’m great!
