Bzw lässt sich nicht gut differenzieren. Wenn depression insgesamt unter AD abnimmt, aber bestimmte Symptome sich verschlechtern (zB Sexualfunktion), lässt sich da zumindest indirekt etwas ableiten. So würde ich es sehen.
Hm meines Wissens nach bilden sie keine Nebenwirkungen ab; allerdings symptome der depression, die auch durch AD neu auftreten oder verstärkt werden können.
Alles eine Frage des Priors, und die unterscheiden sich gerade offensichtlich noch sehr. Ich nehme die Hinweise dieser Diskussion mit.
Eine relativ aktuelle MCID Schätzung von Cuijpers liegt übrigens meines Wissens bei ca. d=0.2.
Für die Aussage bzgl. des Dekrets wäre eine Referenz hilfreich.

Haha, ja verstehe, dass war etwas unglücklich und bitte eher auf eine meta-ebene zu verstehen (auch angesichts, da ich keine Referenz hatte). Schön, dass wir jetzt doch eine belebte Diskussion haben entstehen lassen. Bzgl eines Reviews zu Neuroplastizität melde ich mich.
Ich vertraue darauf, dass Sie die aktuelle Literatur besser kennen.
Mir ist das Cuijpers Review von 2014 in Erinnerung, dass moderate Überlegenheit fand.
Und 3 Pkt. auf dem HDRS sind nicht viel, aber trotzdem ja bereits ein MCID.
Auch diesem Argument würde ich gerne näher auf den Grund gehen und bin für Literaturempfehlung dankbar. Als MCID laut Cuijpers is ja mittlerweile ohnehin von nur ca 0.2 auszugehen. Über die MCID Literatur sind mir andere Arbeiten von Ihnen auch bekannt, bermerke ich gerade.
