It seems weird to say but remote work makes this better for me. I put the phone away and never look at news on my work laptop. Nobody asks me how my day is going, so I can compartmentalize. The real world only exists outside of work hours.

There is a certain freedom in giving a presentation not related to where I work and what I do for work. Being able to include "Internet of 💩" in my slides, gives me joy.

Glad you enjoyed it. I need to do some more work to create a more dynamic app to showcase the capabilities. For now, I have an overpowered desk clock that is surprisingly useful.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how good the @zed.dev terminal is. Having a performant terminal in my editor has definitely changed my workflow significantly.

Personally, I’d create the issue in the issue tracking system first. As far as the assignee, I’d default to the test creator from git blame. They should be able to reassign from there.

Hate to say it but I think you are ignoring how significant the basement of the Alamo is in pop culture.
