If you’re not a runner it’s hard to believe how great you can feel on a good run. I really miss it and it makes me sad when I see people out running, that I can’t still do that. I hope that eventually, I’ll get enough aerobic capacity back that I’ll be able to start again.

I was a fairly serious runner for several years, two marathons, many half marathons. My cancer and the subsequent removal of my lung last year put a stop to all running. But I have these dreams that I’m out running and not gasping for air and I’m so excited about it!

Because the end of the world sounds much more exciting than day to day life.

After getting all the best incompetent people to fill his cabinet he is having to dig deeper into the incompetence well to fill new, open spots in his cabinet. lol, except it’s not really funny.

I guess I’m naive but I’m incredibly disappointed with Tim Cook’s genuflection before Trump and his fascist regime. It’s time for him to go and get the company back to having some principles besides maximizing profits. I am an Apple shareholder.
