ITS NEVER TOO LATEEEE plus we're like a year-ish of progress behind cn server so you have a looot of time to catch up, and current units are less likely to be power creeped than old old ones AND you also get like free 6 star characters/weapons as a beginner i believe (6 star is like genshin 5 star)

honestly this is one of the realest takes on games I've ever seen, it's sad seeing people be seriously upset about a game that used to make them happy just because they switched to the competitive side, its so so so important to remember there's no point in playing a game without any fun to it

it's uhhh theres a looooot of backstory psychological stuff but the overall main point is clearing scenarios (like level stages??) with like a player interface with stats etc and also the mc using his knowledge of the novel to succeed in them (kinda like isekai?)

its like... a dude whos only hope in life is his fav novel he reads every day for like 10 years, and then suddenly the world turns into the world of said novel (it sounds like the average manhwa but its a depressing masterpiece) overall its like action stuff
