Pokémon Let’s Go is probably the worst couch co-op experience I’ve had. As the non-primary player I can’t do anything. My only interaction with the game is to run and throw pokéballs in battle. That’s it. Utterly pointless.

I found an app that actually makes me want to take photos. Might do a photo dump every now and again.

It sometimes hits me out of the blue: Donald Trump is PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!? What the fuuuuuck!?!! Even after all this time, it still feels unreal

Oh, nice. I tend to lean toward aeropress or V60. Still haven’t learned to really enjoy espresso.

Court of Death was designed to be playable on a small area. Proof from today’s train ride.

Let me know if there are any specifics you are more interested in.

I had to pay around $100 for four decks, all in all.

Sure! I designed the cards in Affinity Studio, in regular poker card size, and then found a local printer that had some experience in printing card games. I got the cards about a week later.

In Affinity I created templates for each type of card, so that it’s easy to replace the content that change.

Finally, there’s me. I handle the game design, card layout, project management, and all that fun stuff. I’ve developed a few TTRPGs and board games in the past and am currently studying video game development. Court of Death is my first foray into card games.

Elin Lindberg created all the gorgeous artwork for the game. She is currently studying game development with a focus on 2D and 3D graphics.

Court of Death has made significant progress since its inception in late December. Not only do we now have properly illustrated and formatted cards for playtesting, but we have also expanded from a one-man show into a small team. Let’s introduce the crew!

The first batch of test-prints are here! Looking forward to do some more serious play-testing now that I don’t have to use a regular deck of cards or a printed version.

A very early digital version might be in the works as well… 🙄

I started a small weekend project while the last of the flu disappears. Let me introduce the first prototype of my Desktop Tamagotchi. It can be hungry, sleepy, needy and bored. But right now sleep is all it can do. Planning to add feeding, petting and some playing as well.

Someone using an Agent rarely needs to book meetings or set alarms themselves, the Agent learns to handle mundane tasks based on the person's conscious and unconscious thoughts and behavior patterns.

Notes from my role-playing game Novum Solari (not published).

Agents are a combination of calendar, phone, computer, personal planner, identification, and more — with direct access to the Internet. Unlike early 2000s computers, they *take initiative*.

Spent some time yesterday getting OpenClaw up and running. This is what AI should be. Locally run, privacy focused, an agent to help with everyday tasks and help me keep declutter my mind. Interesting enough, this is what I had in mind a couple of years ago, before LLMs were a thing.
