I was “meh” on provolone, till I had an extra sharp Italian provolone. It’s now my go-to ham and cheese cheese.

Few years ago my mother in law’s oven broke Thanksgiving morning, which meant no turkey. We had Persian food instead. And every year since that’s what we do - she’d rather make Persian food, we’d rather eat Persian food. Eggplant chicken and lubia polo this year, all with handfuls of saffron.

Weird to think at one point in my life I followed astrology, got tarot & psychic readings, read about new age spirituality, prayed… I’m a devout atheist today, but no one can accuse me of being lazy with my beliefs. I’ve tried to believe in lots of things & have come back to believing in nothing.

This morning I got an email that they’ve already made an offer to someone.

Ugh.

It’s about 1pm, and I’ve already received 17 automated spam phone calls, starting at 7:15 this morning.
