P sure im delulu-posting but, i had a falling out with a friend not too long back and im feeling like hes contaminating some of my not as close friends and making them not talk to me. Idk what to do about it 😓

Also a couple of my friends congratulated me on my recent 15 lbs lost which is nice. Can't wait to hopefully double that in a couple months.

Its nice to see when i end the day at a lower weight than when i woke up as. I think ill be able to hit 5 lbs lost for the month this week.

Ur fine, Theres plenty of ED people at a higher BMI, and generally the people who arent accepting of that are usually a bunch of kids who dont know better.

Honestly, high restriction (think 900-1200 cals a day) has been working great for me as i dont really ever feel the urge to binge like i did when i was low restricting, and ive been having more consistant weight loss
