Today is apparently suicide prevention day and I want to remind people: UBI is suicide prevention. Universal health care is suicide prevention. Mental health care is suicide prevention. Patient advocacy and adequate disability resources are suicide prevention. Gun control is suicide prevention.

This side of the room is for my shelving, gonna have the biggest kallax shelf, a billy bookcase with glass doors and something by the door potentially to hold crafting stuff (yarn, sewing machine, kits etc).

Second coat of lilac on, gonna gloss the white wood trim (a fun discovery removing the wallpaper) and reattach the skirting board (it pretty much came off cos was loose at the start of this lol)

Started the ‘kill phase’ of my protocol for SIBO on Friday. It’s causing die off, hence the kill lol ramping up the fatigue, fog, headache, funny tummy and given me some light headedness to enjoy too. But that means it’s killing the bad guys so I’ll take it 🙏🏻
