Didn’t get a pic, but thanks to the sons for their help we made mom a fantastic lunch - hot smoked salmon w/ all the toppings, baked baby sweet potatoes, and grilled Caesar salad! Most things were from scratch including the dressing and smoking the salmon. Delish!

It was the “break sticks of macaroni” that got my attention. I prefer a mix of béchamel and shredded cheese in mine, but would give this a try.
