hahah i just feel like ppl who can paint on 1 layer r very confident and not scared mistakes. also tbh you should do whatever you are comfortable with (unless the job demands otherwise). if using layers can make your process faster and easier then hell yeah. if not, why bother haha.

it boggles my mind every time i see someone paints on just 1 layer. One of my ex professors painted like that in PS too. But then given your traditional art background, that tracks haha. respect respect!!! 🙏
