I think what I’m saying is that I’m a Southern Black man who pulled himself from poverty to the Ivy League and in 8 years went from nearly homeless to running digital for some of the biggest politicians and I have had to fight for seats at tables others get offered for free.
I’ve been done paid staff work on congressional primary campaigns, a mayoral race, a senate primary, a presidential primary, a presidential election in a state, and a state party. I will not be quiet in this discussion about the future of my party.

Many who are deeply disconnected from the harm do view and talk about it privately as a kind of sport. It is gross 🤢
