Allergy Panic Attacks suuuuuuuuuck. I have the smallest allergy to sesame seeds, and I decided to look up what was in Gyoza sauce after having a little bit of it. Now I’m panicking over nothing and the only thing I can do is try to calm myself down. I was already having a bad night too

Cat question/advice! I just adopted a new kitty and it sounds like he’s wheezing since he got here. The previous owner never mentioned anything about it. Does this sound like wheezing or am I making it all up?

I was able to stay asleep for longer than I have the past few days, only woke up freaking out twice in the early morning. Fortunately y’all’s fanart calmed me down both times

I’ve definitely found that helped. I’ve felt my best while I’ve been chipping away with work and playing video games with friends. I’m hoping that whatever is lingering goes away soon 🫠

I ended up reading Void Rivals the first night it happened, it definitely helped. Still trying to find the right playlist lol

If anyone has any tips for adjusting post panic attack, I’d love to have them. I see a doc next week, but I’m driving myself crazy

I’ve been suffering near daily panic attacks since Friday and I am so drained. I thought I was having a heart attack, and in a lot of ways I still do, but I just want to feel normal again. I can’t even eat without freaking myself

My money is that this was intended to be Earthrise, but Amazon still has that one on lock. Look at how long it took for Siege Skywarp to get reissued, and this one came out 1-2 years later.
