My understanding has always been that its closest equivalent is "hark!" although I wouldn't personally use hark due to its conflation with christianity. "listen" "hear me" and "hear ye" are all decent, I'd also be tempted to use "avast" were it not so pirate-coded

ok as some honest, actionable advice - lots of artists do scribble requests through their patreons or Ko-Fi, which can be very budget friendly. often their patreon forums are also good places to build rapport so that when you can afford something more substantial, they already know ya.

I've been a big Star Fox fan for nearly my entire life, so it's no surprise when I say that Fox carried the movie for me. I really feel for the Galaxy fans, though, because this was NOT a Mario Galaxy movie
Honestly I’m too old to get upset about this even if it does turn out to be a let down. Kinda just already accepted that Nintendo/Illumination aren’t really interested in adapting Galaxy and just wanted a farming device to set up their “NCU”. It is what it is.
