I feel like I’ll want to do it again next year, but I don’t see myself becoming a regular runner. I’m just glad I stuck to my goal and actually did it. It felt really great getting across the finish line. Now I’m more tired than I’ve ever been, so I’m going to sleep 😹

It was really a great time. Having friends there supporting each other really helped out, and there are people all along the route just singing and dancing and cheering people on. Apparently there were 27,000 people entered in it. I had really never experienced anything like that in my life.

Ok now a better post. I ran in a 10k today. I’ve never really ran in my entire life before this. Started training in December. Managed to run about half of it in 39 minutes, walked to the 4 mile mark, ran another mile, then walked the final 1.2 miles, 95-100 minutes. I’m really proud of myself.

Things that make sense now that I know I am autistic. I got a haircut today, and the cashier told me to give this card to a friend who has never been, and they'll get a free haircut.
