The two and three bedrooms I can see a justification for those prices if you divide them per resident, but the studios and one bedrooms need to come WAY down

These rents should be cut by at least $1000 before they can be considered affordable, at least for the Studio and 1 bedrooms

Who in the City even makes the $84,000 a year that would be required to comfortably afford one of these studios?

I think school’s responsibility should be guiding kids to use them responsibly. Banning them until adulthood leaves them to figure it out themselves, which will have mixed results. School should be where kids can grow and learn and make mistakes with a teacher’s guidance. (2/2)

As far as the cell phone ban, I come from the angle that I view smartphones as productivity devices. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up replacing laptops as a main portable computer. (1/2)
