I had a lovely holiday today. Shared a meal with my son. No stress. No nonsense. No pressure. Favorite foods but no excess...just enough. So thankful for peace!! Nice to have a holiday meal without sides of BS and drama! :)

I went to a sourdough bread making class today. So much fun! And, I won a loaf of bread! Brought my starter home and ordered supplies. We shall see how this goes! I'm pretty new to bread making, so this will be a learning experience!

I make my own sauerkraut and fermented sumac onion. So easy and tasty! I also ferment milk kefir. Today I'm taking a class on sourdough bread starters! :) Excited to be learning how to make #betterfood Wish I learned all this years ago! Going to try making Kimchi & miso next! #guthealth #fermenting

My dog is a #rescuedog. Rescued from a meth house then abused by adopters.Super spicy from trauma & fear. We named him Gustavo after Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad. Now he's just GusGus or Gusterson.He's happy, playful & much less spicy.Amazing how being safe can heal a dog. People too. #lovemydog
