Yep! Non-attack Actions with Go Again that are cast as though they are instants cost no AP, and gain you 1 AP from Go Again, netting you 1AP! It's the same way the trick of netting an additional Action Point with Spellbound Creepers works.
I think if you're not able to consistently cast it as an instant, you're not using it to its greatest potential. It rarely feels like Moon is the chokepoint in my Action Points; in fact, it often is bolstering my Action Points when used alongside the Eloquence from Eloquent Eulogy!
Interesting! What's not appealing to you about it right now? I still feel it's a card whose face value looks awful and gets stronger the more you understand its greatest uses.
Genuinely my favourite deck in FaB right now, possibly of all time (beating Chane and Iyslander, if so!). Super flavourful, very deep and rewarding when you crack the build and execution of a certain strategy. And people who aren't prepared for her just get EXPLODED!
I wish 🥹 Still think she's generally underrated, but the combination of being hard to play and still tripping itself up is making it tough

Ninja is the class I swore I would never buy into. Mechanically and aesthetically quite uninteresting to me before Cindra. Looks like we're on the master set train now!

Cindra is more powerful than I expected! Figured she would have more limitations on re-equipping, and slower than 2 at once. The daggers themselves are critical to these heroes, so hard to evaluate until we see them. I'm excited though!
