Finished up my lovely felt topped boxes made using a lovely kit from www.etsy.com/uk/shop/Bord.... Great instructions and plenty of wool - I was able to make a couple of cards with the left overs and still have plenty to use! #needlefelting

Little Eevee is finished and looks so cute. 🥰
The kit for this is lovely with every thing you need including a little wire brush to fluff out Eevee's collar fur. The pattern (by Sabrina Somers) is clear, well written and has some lovely little shaping touches.

Time for a bit more crochet I think...
Just finished and very happy with my Pusheen cross stitch (kit from www.stitchandstory.com).
I ended up changing mine so it read 'Tea Time' - the pattern was for 'Tough Cookie' as the writing. Suits our home a bit better 😀
While making my lovely new Lego modular building I was delighted to discover that our new sofa has been recreated in Lego!
Aww - Milo says thank you!
With Milo's help I'm slowly making progress with my latest cross stitch. Love little Pusheen popping out of the tea cup.

Having a big clear out of craft books and magazines... I am currently taking a stanley knife to some old craft and crochet magazine so I can just keep the ideas and patterns that I love.
Lots of filing in my near future...
This year I want to finish and use up - I've got so many started projects and I want to get them done!
First up is this cross stitch that I've had sitting in a drawer for a year and a half... just finished the main colour of the tea cup - white thread on white Aida - one invisible cuppa for me.
This little frog just hopped by to say Happy New Year!
Hope you've all had a lovely Christmas and are ready for a 2026 filled with crafting.
Super cute frog pattern free from thecaffeinatedsnail.com/crochet-frog...
Hand holding a cross stitch picture of a gingerbread house with a red door and wreath at the front. Design is on light blue fabric and mounted in a circular embroidery hoop.
Only just managed to finish up this lovely Christmas cross stitch project before the end of the festive season. Hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas and a fabulous start to 2026!
Pretty design from caterpillarcrossstitch.com
Cluster of handmade felt Christmas tree ornaments in a rainbow of different colours including felt bells, gingerbread, a robin and stars. Decorated with embroidery, sequins, buttons and beads.
It's time to pull out all the felt loveliness and get tree decorating!
The (tree, snowman, robin with buttons, pud) ornaments have been from the lovely kits by paper-and-string www.paper-and-string.net/paper-and-st... and a few others (the owl, stocking, other robin) were made with trimits kits.
Group of 4 small pots in blue and green shades
My sisters and I tried a beginner pottery class in the Summer and had a great time (would definitely recommend - newdawnpottery.co.uk)
Picked up our pots and so pleased with how they turned out - even with exactly the same materials, tools and instruction they are all so unique!
With the weather getting cold again I've been busy making jumpers... unfortunately these are all too small for me so will have to turn them into Christmas tree decorations instead!
Cid the shark (BLÅHAJ) has made friends again, this time with a giant Bitesize fish...
Hand holding two Halloween decorations made out of felt, at the top there is a little bat and below there is a little ghost. They both have embroidered details and black bead eyes.
With Halloween just around the corner I wanted to share the tutorial for these simple and cute felt decorations from the paper-and-string blog (paper-and-string.blogspot.com/2011/10/tric...).
Managed to make up and send off 101 poppies for the Saxilby poppy appeal (www.facebook.com/SaxilbywithI...) - can't wait to see how the finished display looks!
Hooray - looks like Amazon have taken the listing for this down!
Took a while to alert a number of the designers affected by this and I'm so pleased that they have been able to get this copyright infringement taken down.
Needed to make some quick flowers and realised I hadn't shared my pattern for them before...
Have just added the super quick pattern to my Ravelry story as a free download www.ravelry.com/patterns/lib...
Looking impressive!
Sid the shark (BLÅHAJ) has just swum in to say hi to a new friend...
You may remember this little bitey fish from when he appeared on BBC Bitesize content back in 1998 - small but mighty and able to chomp through all kinds of revision.
Hand sewn in felt with googly eyes 👀

Been busy crocheting poppies at the moment, Saxilby parish council (www.facebook.com/profile.php?...) are trying to collect 6,000 poppies to cover their church tower in time for Remembrance day.
I'm using the lovely free pattern by Anne Egan www.gathered.how/knitting-and...
I've left a review on the Amazon listing - if anyone else wants to the link for the book is here www.amazon.co.uk/Anime-Croche...
Perhaps if enough people leave bad reviews it will prevent others buying this.
a model of the character Anya from the Spy X Family series is standing beside a crochet book looking shocked.
Some really lovely colleagues recently bought me an Anime crochet pattern book... however on closer inspection something was not quite right.
This book (being sold on Amazon) contains patterns reprinted from various artists without their permission. Now I'm trying to contact those affected...
Craft kit containing paper bags of wool roving, black cylindrical boxes and felting needles
Bought myself another beautiful kit from Borderfelts... this time I'm going to try adding some needle felting to these cute trinket boxes... can't wait to see how these turn out!

Hand holding a blue crocheted penguin which has a number of black stitched marks embroidered on.
I've been very lucky at work to have some fantastic support from another Spy x Family fan so to say thank you I wanted to make something from one of his favourite episodes...
May I introduce Agent Penguin (after his run in with Bond Forger). He was so much fun to make - freehand without a pattern.
Loved colouring in this David Shrigley card 🫖
Look who I found at the bottom of our garden on this beautiful sunny day...

Grey books on a shelf beside a Japanese styled box scene containing pagodas and falling cherry blossom.
I adore how pretty this Japanese scene book nook has turned out - so much detail packed into such a tiny space.
Kit from www.rolifeonline.com
Milo decided to help me show off this finished crochet lap blanket.
I really love the combination of blues and grey in this - for some reason it makes me think of blue china tea cups 🫖
