Never take those small moments for granted. Its legit what makes life so wonderful. Its fucking hard and it doesn't get a lot better. But the quality of life and friends do. My main bit of advice is just be afraid and do things you dont want to do. Surround yourself with freaks and try to enjoy life
You will feel like your presence is grating to others ot that your existence isn't worth it. But trust me it is. Most people will view you in the exact opposite. If people hang around you there is usually a reason and 9 times out of 10 it isn't pitty.
10 years of chronic depression is crazy. It will never fully go away. What I have done is learned ways to live with it. Being around others and going outside when I can. Its a never ending but learning to enjoy those moments is paramount.

Ive been chewing on the idea of taking a prolonged break from twitch and the internet as a whole. Its legit making me to content brained, and has strained a ton of my friendships and personal life. Ill probably take a few weeks off eventually just to mentally reset and come back.
