I have a Memorial Garden for the cats who have graced my life. It is called Acorn's Garden as he was the first one to be buried there. My wonderful DIL has made a memorial stone for each cat and this beautiful entrance sign which she freshens up each spring. I picked up this lovely version today.

These billionaires pay their workers so little that many of their workers need public assistance.

Why have you got Mackenzie Scott in there? She has absolutely no say in running Amazon. She has cut her stake in it by close to 50% and she uses the money for philanthropy.

I never had a horse fall asleep in the middle of a training session. Must be a bit disconcerting. I did, however, fall asleep while riding once. The very kind and intelligent horse moved very carefully to a bit of nice grass, and calmly munched on it, making sure I stayed balanced until I woke up.

We had a couple nice days this week. I cleared an area, amended the soil, bought several raspberry plants and got them in the ground this afternoon! Looking forward to some raspberry scones in a few months.

Everyone I know cares what the military is being used for. And that's a lot of people.

I got to have lunch with my youngest (adult) son. He took me to an "Asian Fusion" restaurant. Excellent company, conversation, and food.
