There’s been so many parallels with the 22/23 season that it gives me anxiety. Bournemouth at home in the middle of a European quarter final vs Sporting Lisbon

Been back on the other app for a week as I was just desperate for transfer updates, they just aren’t as frequent here. Today has reminded me of the reason I deleted that app originally. People just don’t behave like normal rational humans about anything.

Berta took it personally when people were complaining about lack of activity.

Not that the same people won’t have any reasons to complain about the fact these deals aren’t Rodrygo or a CF.

Imagine actually being happy about building squad depth, couldn’t be our fan base 😂

It’s good news that number 5 isn’t renewing, not just the off the field situation but he has the bozo gene that Mikel has managed to build out the team well.

Nørdgaard is a brilliant deal at the price and is a mature head taking Jorge’a role. Impressed by efficiency of Berta in this deal.

Yes I may be being a little optimistic but let’s see.

Sane as the loan winger signing would be fairly underwhelming.

Yeah he is for sure but think we saw him as someone who can cover all three. If he’s not staying then it would open up chance to sign LW and a RW this window.

Maybe Trossard isn’t signing the new deal?

Well our ex Chelsea quota in the squad was getting a bit thin after Jorginho left. Had to fill that gap ASAP.

I love the excitement of transfer season but I never understand breakdowns over small bits of news that may or may not be true.

Only way to deal with it is to laugh and strap in. It’s a long summer.

Yeah, I’d say the cross claiming is almost more important from a back up as long as distribution is competent. I just don’t know the keeper market enough to identify who those options would be

After Garcia move seemed to fade away I was intrigued to what keeper could come in. Can’t really think of many that would be decent back up. Don’t hate this but who is closer suited to Raya style?

Only proud of the boys and how they attacked the game today. Over the two ties created enough win both games, sometimes it just doesn’t fall your way. Unlucky really, like much of the season. Back the boys and back the boss.

The London marathon looks like one of the most incredibly wholesome events ever. Would love to do do it one day.

Underloading can be worse than overloading minutes. Especially when it comes to being able to sprint which we will expect him to need to do on Wednesday.

Haha yeah, it helps when you have a Todd Boehly to just throw money at you!

Think a lot of teams were considering dropping the money on Felix at the time. It was a mistake but it was managed very well by the club. Loan deals with huge loan fees and eventually getting decent money for him.

Not gunna waste my time getting angry about it but of course PGMOL have backed Oliver yesterday. Self serving organisation that are arrogant above their skill level.

Sometimes I wonder how the Arsenal fan base can turn on a sixpence about their feelings towards players and a coach that’s done so much for us. Then I remember how modern sports media in the UK is just about trying to create that mindset. It happened Mourinho, Wenger it’s even happening to Pep now.

It’s stupid, he hasn’t been the best but without him we’d be in worse position this season as he still gets clutch goals.

He does tend to fall off a bit when he starts all the time but with our injury situation he’s needed to play.

Simply my dad followed the Arsenal all his life and naturally brought us up to be Arsenal fans too. Watching the football was the chance for me and my dad to bond as he often worked late in the week.

This looks like it could have been a WWE skit.
