I’m a Wawa guy, but I respect it haha.

I’m a history nerd and a Titanic geek, but I don’t think I’d want anything to do with that tragedy in my home. Even for free…
Couldn’t have said it better myself! You get it. Most people under 70 usually don’t haha.
It works fine for Air France/KLM!
The most central PA thing ever, I take 3 steps out of the airport and see a Sheetz
My first time at MDT. My Dad was working in the hangar on the right (1st photo) the night Three Mile Island melted down. You can see their proximity in the 2nd photo.
He almost had a front row seat to the American Chernobyl.
Why didn’t I say “asymmetrical” here?
BlueSky needs post edits with history. It wouldn’t be a problem here like it would’ve been on Twitter.
That’s cool! The 763E (particularly the 1938/39 version) is my favorite prewar loco.
It’s rare that a vehicle is appreciated in its day.
It takes about 30 years to know if it meant something to culture.
That’s pretty bad. I’ve still yet to fly on an E2 or A220.
Also, remember when Boeing was going to buy Embraer?
The Chinese car market hates wagons too.
That’s yet to happen to me!
I’ll find this post when it does lol.
Probably an unpopular opinion:
Frank Lloyd Wright architecture is overrated.
It’s just unsymmetrical brutalism with wood grain and sometimes a water feature.
The 2-3 layout (or 1-2 if you’re bougie) is superior to the 3-3/2-2 of common narrow body aircraft.
Every time I fly on an E170/175, I always seem to get an upgrade.
I also left my headphones and laptop charger on the kitchen counter.
Win some lose some.
- Toxic Tesla Stan social accounts are bots paid for by oil companies/automotive competitors to make consumers hate EVs.
- Solar companies feel like a scam on purpose.
- Conspiracy theorists who get enough right are fed bad info to ruin their credibility.
At least we know some of the real Aerotrains are still around!
As the kids say: “RESTORE IT AND RUN IT ON THE MAINLINE!”
Imagine rolling up to the function in the Aerotrain demo parade float.
I have to imagine it’s still parked in some midwestern barn. Owner won’t sell bc he “swears I’m going to get it running again.”
Oh yeah, that stupid thing. 60s retro had its time from 1998-2010ish. Let’s leave it there and move forward.
Currently in production? The Bronco and all Mini Coopers come to mind. The latter is the most egregious bc it started with the 2000s 1960s retro fad and never stopped.
And now we’re getting a lot of boxy vehicles that look like the 70s/80s. I just want something fresh.
The model trains/railroading hashtags are powerful.
That community on here is growing.
I’m sick of retro automotive design aesthetics.
Stop making things that look like the 60s and 80s.
I want a car that looks like the future - and not Elon’s future.
Heyo 🤣
Still happy to have it!
Everything is its own special kind of basket case. All have been played with HARD by different generations of kids (from what I was told). A lot of stuff was “serviced” (drenched in oil, put back together wrong, etc.) by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. There’s also a lot of junk lol.
One more year and a half with the 12 Pro Max!
It’s crazy to think I’ll have to same phone for 7 years (knock on wood).
“When people find out you collect model trains, you inherit their unwanted model trains.”
Got a lot of postwar stuff yesterday. I serviced the 736 berk and switcher. Making my way through everything else.
As cool as realistic ops in switch yards and industries can be, running the dang thing in a circle makes a lot more happy brain chemicals.
Making mountains out of OSB and scrap wood ⛰️🚂

While I’m talking about Ford, can we ditch the “premium” and regular versions of the EcoBoost and GT? Just make it an interior package.
Also, Mustang ST: an EcoBoost with a tuner-esq body kit & wheels, center exhaust, and manual only.
