As for the new `turso` Rust crate, I'm keeping an eye on progress but it's still maturing. Once it's stable this would probably be a new project anyway, `ecto_turso`, as it will probably be distinct and have more features, especially in the cloud syncing area.

Good news, `ecto_libsql` already supports both of those! Vector search works today via helper functions, see hexdocs.pm/ecto_libsql/... and hexdocs.pm/ecto_libsql/...
Full text search is also built into libSQL so you can use it directly with raw SQL (CREATE VIRTUAL TABLE ... USING fts5).
