FromSoftware's SoulsBorne games conjure an unparalleled sense of loneliness, weirdness and player agency. I just can't see how those things will translate to a movie. They are my favourite games of all time, so I'm reluctant to look forward to this. But in Garland, I think it's in great hands.

It's like that scene from Star Wars where Luke shoots the laser things into the one weak spot of the Death Star except the Empire's attorneys file litigation and delay proceedings for a decade then go on to destroy everything while the matter is being settled in courts
I love Arsenal Football Club. It means a hell of lot more to me than watching a bunch of athletes trying to kick a ball good.
I will support it and every positive thing it tries to achieve until I am simply not around to do so.
The title is decided when one team cannot be overtaken, not a moment earlier.
In the interests of freshening up for the latter stages of their European campaign, I think Monday night would be a great opportunity for Palace to rest all their key players.
If Claire Danes can be cry-face meme factory, I don't see why Xavi Simons can't too. I mean, he ALWAYS looks like he's on the verge of tears or a good whinge.
What a boring game of almost zero quality—even from the side with a miserly 40-game season. #ArtetaOut
Just noticed that Magpies are only 11 points better off than Sp*rs. Heads will roll.
Having to root for both Leeds and Brighton in the same day is a tough ask, but you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
It's the students I feel sorry for.
Credit to Hiddlestone for trying to play down his footballing knowledge, but to be fair, he knows as much about playing title deciding games as Alan Pardew does.
One thing I've learned about myself when it comes to Arsenal players is that I have an incredible amount of patience when it comes to their injuries...but...there comes a moment, like a switched being flicked, when I simply don't.
One of the best IYKYK's I've seen in a long time, from @rbillustrations.bsky.social

Thank god for Amy Lawrence.
For me, Manninger was—and remains—the epitome of a title winning squad man. Wasn't called upon a huge amount, but when he was, it was a crucial stage. He more than delivered.
RIP AM13
I have listened to exactly one Arsenal/Football pod/show this week. I think I've been on BlueSky maybe twice. I find the talk in and around the club absolutely intolerable now.
Seriously, is Martin Tyler upset we stopped paying him to terribly re-enact his own commentary for our annual end of season video reviews or something?
Hoping for more from Arsenal, so I don't have to be drawn to Martin Tyler weirdly ridiculing our UCL record and talking about their managers cheap watch.
Should be watching the other game...
On a list of things I didn't want tonight, Martin Tyler and Stewart Robson on commentary would have ranked fairly high.
COME ON ARSENAL!!!!!!
Clément Longlegs
Congratulations!
Watching the game is infinitely better without any commentary whatsoever. Don't need to be reminded every 5 seconds of how anxious I should be.
Probably worth remembering that Bournemouth's last match was on March 20th. We've played twice since that weekend. Not a complaint (especially as one of them was a Champions League ¼ Final game), but they're considerably more well rested.
Remember, Arteta was cheating and conning the rest of the Prenier League when the majority of our players pulled out of meaningless International Friendlies.
Feels like the weakest bench we've had in the Premier League since Villa away. Again though, I couldn't care less about the style of performance we put in, just get 3 succulent points on the board!
