FND has had one of the biggest impacts on my life & health, & I'm still looking for the right answers, treatment & aids.

Its not silly at all. And I've been on both sides of it. With my health stuff and life I haven't been able to attend all the things I've wanted to. On the flip side I've organised events had half the ppl respond, less than that say yes and then on the less then that turn up. It is what it is.

Today is getting to 44 locally but not until 4/5pm. Wtf? I remember as a kid getting these temps, not as often mind you but it did happen. The difference being it feels like its hitting the high later in the day now. Be safe keep yourselves & pets hydrated. And be wary of the smoke in the air.
