A monochrome photo of a Pembroke Corgi on a deck.

Haven’t posted a puppy photo in a while, not that she would qualify as a puppy at this point….. they grow up so fast.

When the gas (or in my cases diesel) is super expensive, you go shooting in the backyard. Straight out of camera using my 50mm GM on an A7RV

If I just let YouTube play on my tv, eventually (and nearly always), it’ll settle on playing several videos in a row by Grainydays. I don’t know how much Adsense money Jason has made off of my laziness but hopefully enough to at least buy a coffee.

He probably doesn’t have a lot of vocal in his mix. 😉

Sending in my old Sony to get a full spectrum conversation next week and buy the 850nm and IR Chrome filters from Kolari Vision. So excited to try some new things this year.

Nearly four weeks spent away from home for one show and a ton of prep work for the summer tour. Can’t wait to get home and to go out and shoot.

One of the interesting things about diving into printing is seeing how to edit for the print, specifically when it comes to sharpening. This shot is a bit on the crispy side on screen, but looks fantastic hanging on the wall. #vintagecameras #mediumformat #epson

Shot this with an #X100V out by at Pacific Beach a few years ago. I have since parted with that camera as the 35mm field of view just didn't suit my style. Looking back, I did get a few fun shots though. This one turned out to be pretty cool as a print.

No, the framing isn’t off. Shot this for a florist friend of mine.

Got an early Christmas present for the household, an #epson ET-8550, and already having so much fun diving into the world of print making. Now, if only framing wasn’t so expensive. 😂

A little fake #aerochrome in a #fauxpqn format. If I can swing the expense (or at least justify it) I might mod one of my cameras to full spectrum next year.

Really loving the #xpan look (this was shot on my Sony) these days. Taken on a cold, foggy morning Pacific Northwest walk

I think Grainydays was pushing that to 1600 (or even 3200) and it looked pretty good.

Researching hard drives and RAID systems has to be the least sexy bits of kit I have ever thought about purchasing.

From December of last year. During king tides, the the 100 foot wide river in front of my house becomes about a mile wide and floods all of the surround marshlands.

Trying to decide how stringent I want to be about Ai images in my feed. Just saw one posted by an architectural page and my initial reaction was slight disgust and a reach for the unfollow button.
