We are following developments in the Middle East with deep concern.
I reiterated our commitment to peace, stability, and diplomatic efforts leading to de-escalation.
Good call with President Trump ahead of the G7 Summit.
We discussed the tense geopolitical situation in the Middle East as well as the need for close coordination on the impact on energy markets.
The situation in the Middle East is dangerous.
I urge all parties to exercise restraint and prevent further escalation.
Diplomacy remains the best path forward, and I stand ready to support any diplomatic efforts toward de-escalation.
The reports emerging from the Middle East are deeply alarming.
Europe urges all parties to exercise maximum restraint, de-escalate immediately and refrain from retaliation.
A diplomatic resolution is now more urgent than ever, for the sake of the region's stability and global security.
Europe must take greater responsibility for its own security – and within NATO.

Russia has lost billions of euros in oil revenues.
We need to cut the flow of cash to Moscow's army even further.
Because we want this war to stop, and this war will only stop if the pressure is there.

In my meeting with Keith Kellogg, we discussed working together to end Russia’s war.
Europe is putting Nord Stream 1 & 2 behind for good.
We also propose to lower the oil price cap from 60 to 45 $ per barrel.
Oil is one third of Russia’s government revenues.
We need to cut this source.
