You can believe what you will. Guarantee there’s backstory here. Of the people I’ve known for years who started Pretend Again, this was not just a ‘this is a personal vendetta, go ahead’.

You can be a partner of someone shitty and also be a shitty person

And knowing the folks running Pretend Again, I know for a fact this wasn’t just one person being petty, this wasn’t just one person with a vendetta who went rogue, there had to be a very DAMN good reason for him to be told no

It’s not petty. As someone who knows Casey’s business practices, I am 100% sure there’s more to this story than is let on. It’s not my dirty laundry to air.

But as someone who has an asshole in their life, if I made a successful business and they tried to buy with me, I’d say no too
