Hi there! We have this feature 😀 From any detail page, you may add the title directly to your Watchlist. This can be done by clicking the boomark icon; it says Watchlist if you have no custom lists, and Lists if you do. Your full Watchlist can be seen by navigating to Lists > My Lists.

Hey Vincent, thanks for the feedback. This doesn't only depend on the availability but also a longer list of factors like popularity of the movie in a market. I understand that the UX if you quickly want to copy a link isn't ideal there, so we'll hopefully find a better solution in the future.
