Ferdinand will be in the middle of an excited discussion with someone and realizes he lost his ribbon and Hubert, who has been silently beside him, ties Ferdinand's hair back without a word between them. Ferdinand puts a hand on Hubert's back to say thank you, all the while continuing to talk away.

Ferdinand loses hair ribbons often, so Hubert keeps at least one extra in his coat pockets at all times
