⏪OTD 1957

Allan Brown made his debut in the 2-1 win at Leeds, one of his 175 appearances for Town - which included the 1959 FA Cup Final - while as manager he'd lead Town to the 4th Division title in 1968. Allan passed away in 2011.

Luton Town FC vs Leicester City (12th Apr 1975) | Hatters Heritage | A History of Luton Town FC Luton Town FC played Leicester City at a home game on 12th Apr 1975. The final score was 3 - 0 to Luton.

The closest we can come up with is this 3-0 win in April 1975 when Keith Weller scored a 25 yard own goal past Mark Wallington.

John Aston played in the game but didn't score, and his other appearance against Leicester was a 4-0 loss.
