I see value at times. If something is annoying, complicated, or unfamiliar.. I can pawn off a task, and refactor later.

But, I do this work because I enjoy building products, crafting interfaces, and living in the details—not to outsource and write instructions/context 🤷.

Just successfully preordered my Switch 2 from BestBuy CA, who was down for over an hour past when it was supposed to go live. What a frustrating release from the major retailers.

Amazon honestly seemed to do it the best with a lottery invitation system where they will contact you.
