We’ve been there. When we lost 3 of our senior cats due to their various illnesses in the span of 16 months, we still had 4 who we loved dearly. We felt an emptiness despite that. Later, we adopted 3 older kittens - I think that helped our 4 remaining seniors as much as it helped us.

That last call was the best decision to make, but it’s oh so hard, every single time! Out of the 7 cats we’ve lost due to various illnesses that were no longer responding to treatment, we’ve had to put 6 to sleep. One made the decision for us, when we thought she was on the mend. Still so terrible!

I’m so very sorry for your loss! You gave him such a wonderful life, and you did everything possible for him up until having to make that last call for him. It never gets easier no matter how many times you go through it. Sending hugs. 😿

I just commented the same before seeing your reply - I picked up on that, too, and had to go look up his age. As I suspected, he’s hardly a member of the youth who weren’t born until 2000 or later, so I’m not sure why he’s doing that.

The fact that the disapproval numbers aren’t higher than this across every category now is disappointing, but not surprising. Also, this is a small point, but why is Harry saying, “19-hundred 91”, etc., during his clip? Is he trying to appeal to the youth? He’s 38, not Gen Z. It’s so silly. 🙄
