I hate when I think I've finalized a concept on the game, then inspirations come around that make me rethink it. I know I can't just keep going back and changing things. Even if it isn't the entire game. I don't wanna frustrate players.

18. Dinocop
Holy social commentary, Batman.
A great time-based detective game with a bunch of memorable charcaters, and a ton of social commentary delivered in a witty comedic fashion. A highlight of the year for sure (I'm still eagerly waiting for these devs' rat game to come out).
17. Hoppers
It's funny! Solid A-Tier Pixar for me. Also something about the visuals really click for me. I think it's the fact that everyone has basic eyes with black pupils. All the visuals aren't pushed too far into realism; kinda smooth. The most cartoony movie Pixar has made, relatively.
16. Ben 10 (2005) - Complete Series
(Missed the first half of season 1, but still) Glad to finally watch through this for the first time! Great aliens, likeable characters, rad villians. Really cool and funny journey all the way through. With an awesome visual style to boot.

15. Super Battle Golf.
Awww heck yeah. I love golf games. This game is so much chaotic fun with friends. I like the cute simple visual style too! I can't wait until more courses get added.
14. Heavenly - "Atta Girl", "The Decline", and "Operation"
Now this is a vibe.
Kinda reminds me of Daisy the Great, but a bit more upbeat.
As soon as those vocals came in on the first song I was like "Ahhh, there it is. There's the hook"

13. Slay the Spire
Was craving a strategy game to hold me over until Mewgenics. I know I'm a bit late since the sequel just came out. It's a really enjoyable play! Not as complicated as i thought it would be, and that's a good thing! Really hoping to get more of it completed eventually.
12. Mario Tennis Fever
I'm a golf guy, but still wanted to try. Didn't pay the full $70. Adventure mode is not good. But the actual tennis play is great! The fever rackets add a lot to the experience. That combined with character stats and different hits, the game has a surprising amount of nuance.
11. Muppets From Space
Definitely a different vibe from all the other Muppet movies so far. I think I was expecting more "space" going into it. But it's still alright. A satisfying Gonzo story.
10. Muppet Treasure Island
Might like this a bit more than Christmas Carol. Just personal preference. This one was a really fun, exciting Muppet adventure that felt like it just kept giving!
9. The Muppet Christmas Carol
A very endearing movie. I definitely get why people think of it so fondly. Brian Henson does a great job continuing the wonderful vibes of the Muppet legacy.
8. The Muppets Take Manhattan
I liked this one a lot! Favorite one of the Jim Henson era of movies. Really charming story with a cute ending.
7. The Great Muppet Caper
This one was nice. They pacing felt a bit odd. I feel like the plot didn't get going until halfway through. Still a nice watch, though!
