I mean, 12 is too high imo but it shouldn't be above or below 8. There are no recorded serious crimes that someone below 8 made the informed decision to commit.
The question I have is where were you that the age of criminal responsibility was 4 or lower and how do we work to change this? It's 12 in my state.

I will admit tho that I have used AI to make small edits to existing art for memes in the past tho. I prefer to use Pixlr when I can but my skills aren't good enough for certain things.
I try to do the same. Most I'll use AI for is a reference image because I can't put my thoughts directly to a canvas like most people can. I'd never post AI publicly and definitely never claim it was my creation.
