My only guess would be the repetitive gameplay (attack and side missions) but the actual story was amazing.

Destiny 2, I played Destiny since vanilla and finished every raid. I should have seen it coming too because at the end Destiny 1 became what’s 2 would be. A mini transactional hell and FOMO everywhere. Less than finished expensive DLCs and more micro transactions. Such a disappointment.
