I had a great afternoon at Farnborough Sixth Form College giving a talk to sixth form students about Speech and Language Therapy as a career option. It was great to share our exciting and varied profession with students as they think about future career options. Lots of great questions! #mySLTday

Today I did the practice educator training with the University of Reading. It was great to learn how to support SLT students on placement. I look forward to having more of a role in supporting students and providing learning opportunities and experiences in my clinical setting! #mySLTday #SLT2B

This week I took a 1st year SLT student on an observation placement. It was a great experience to teach them about dysphagia assessment and management in the acute hospital setting and to support them with their learning. I look forward to supporting more students in the future! #SLT2B
