Due to the ME/CFS my inner clock is completely misprogrammed, if I try to stay in bed for longer and also try to stay up for longer the pains in my feet & legs become unbearable. I have to do what my sick body demands.

Earlier a Bluesky friend´d asked why I can´t get a delivery from the pharmacy in the afternoon:
I wake up between 3 and 5 am German time, but my body starts aching like hell and I can´t stop yawning anymore in the afternoon. Have to go asleep very early.

So, no more newsletters at Gmail (I deleted the unimportant ones), so I´ll go offline until tomorrow morning due to ME/CFS now, I´ll watch some more TV.

Unsere Familie war bettelarm, nicht "sozial schwach" (ich HASSE diesen Ausdruck), aber die hiesige Musikschule hatte damals günstigen Musikunterricht mit geliehenen Instrumenten angeboten.

Ich kann "Dr. Pop" nicht zustimmen, wir hatten im Gymmi in den 1980ern IMMER Musikunterricht, aber ich bin 6 Jahre gemobbt worden wie die Hölle.
Zwangsweises Akkordeonspielen musste ich nach 1 Jahr aufgeben, ich konnte keine Noten lesen.

The cat on # 1 might have vitiligo, cats or dogs can also get this genetic/auto immune condition, it´s not dangerous or contagious from cat to cat, Scrappy from UK who was on Fakepoop and Instagram was the most famous cat with vitiligo.
