She's right. You're a lawyer for god's sake, it's your job to fight. The last three months have shown that some people in power are simply too soft for the moment. Toughen up or step aside and let someone with some backbone take over.

I approve of this effort to improve morale, and will contribute with this princess Lola
NEW: The Trump administration deported a 2-year-old U.S. citizen on Friday.
Hours later, a conservative judge who tried to intervene warned of his "strong suspicion" that the administration "just deported a U.S. citizen with no meaningful process."
This is antithetical to our American values. It is terrorizing communities and families— being a US citizen doesn’t protect you from the Trump regime. It is vile.

This is getting fewer headlines than it should. After coming to power promising to help working people, the president is revealing his real priorities by actively making it easier for banks to rip people off.
Mine was the first one to fold. I’m glad others are standing their ground. Proud of Harvard too.

In just two months, DOGE has —lost— the government an estimated half a trillion dollars. I propose that Musk pay it back personally.
I’ve taken the Senate floor and will speak for as long as I’m physically able to lift the voices of Americans who are being harmed and not being heard in this moment of crisis. Watch here:
The moral depravity of the moment is inseparable from attacks on the rule of law and the deep constitutional rot in the United States.
Either you find this disgusting, or you are disgusting. There is no in between.
Why are we now using the words “abducting,” “kidnapping,” and “disappearing” for ICE arrests of educated English speakers? I’m glad to see the brutality called out, but I wish there were the same outrage when Mexican laborers are detained at home in front of their kids.
WOW: @miamiherald.com reveals that a person imprisoned in El Salvador had LEGAL REFUGEE STATUS.
He entered the USA legally in January and was detained because of his tattoos, EVEN THOUGH he had previously passed a full background check.
Without warning, he was sent to El Salvador on March 15.
From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.
The only thing you'll gain by not standing up to this is a boot on your neck.

“But the scare tactics didn’t work the way Republicans hoped they would. The mayors sounded like reasonable political leaders who are struggling to deal as best they can with a real problem — while Republicans did not sound like political leaders in search of a solution."
Only a person without any character strengths would find empathy to be a weakness. This is about running. This is not about running.

Good for the ABA for speaking out again:
"We will not stay silent in the face of efforts to remake the legal profession into something that rewards those who agree with the government and punishes those who do not."
The former head of the Social Security Administration says he expects the agency to miss on some payments over the next three months, interrupting some people's benefits, for the first time in Social Security's history of eight decades: www.cnbc.com/2025/03/01/d...
Here I react to the shameful encounter between American leaders and media and the Ukrainian president. No doubt there were more, but I saw five failures on our side: of hospitality, decency, democracy, strategy, and independence. Please watch and share.

A key observation about nearly every one of the arguments against birthright citizenship; that all of them simply ignore the actual text of the Constitution in favor of a version that exists purely in their own heads.
