[PA system stutters alive] attention moderates. this is your final warning. anti-trans backlash is in fact backlash against gender nonconformity in general, including homosexuality, and it seeks to roll back all related forms of progress. this is your final warning, places please

I don't know if it'd be more merit based in absolute terms, but it would certainly be less "need to know"-network based, and for fairness at least I think that'd be desirable.

I also acknowledge that network-based growth of groups has benefits (makes personal interactions more organic).

Oh yeah. Dev econ networks are a mystery to me.

1 year ago 2 0 0 0

I see. So you first need a network to tell you this and then someone to write a letter. Not saying the work of iza isnt great, just thinking there has to be a better way to run these things than these networks.

Sorry to ask, but was IZA affiliation only merit-based or mostly network-based?

I'm wondering: If part of Berlin had to repeat the last election because too many people weren't able to cast their votes (due to admin chaos), what's going to happen if many of the postal votes are not going to arrive on time.
