Given all this, I’ve always suspected my depression might be hereditary, since I’ve struggled with these emotions since I was a child—it’s just that they’re particularly severe now. Anyway, I finally have the energy to get back online. Wonder if things will get any worse in the future,but who knows?

A few days ago, my mom was also diagnosed with anxiety and depression that are even more severe than mine. Dealing with her situation has taken up a lot of my time, but thankfully she’s on medication now, and we’re both getting better.

Sorry for being quiet again for a while. A lot has been going on lately, and I haven’t had the heart to keep up with social media. I’ve been taking antidepressants recently, and now that the side effects have subsided, I have more energy to handle other things.
