Farewell to Hay-on-Wye. We've had a lovely relaxing week in this friendly, book-obsessed town. Might have sold a book or two. Definitely bought some as well!
The Brotherhood of the Eagle A Complete Viking-inspired fantasy series Hall of Bones, Sundered Souls, Lost Gods & Broken Brotherhood by Tim Hardie “one of the most epic series I have read in the last couple of years. The Brotherhood of the Eagle has it all” – FanFiAddict “it satisfied the cravings for those epic character-driven fantasy stories like Robin Hobb’s Realm of the Elderlings and John Gwynne’s Banished Lands saga” – Before We Go Blog “An entertaining tale to warm northern nights ... a true norse-style fantasy saga” - Janny Wurts
A reminder that The Brotherhood of the Eagle Omnibus edition is discounted until 18th April if you want to pick up all four books at a great price. With four bonus short stories and three new maps, there’s lots to enjoy for new and existing fans alike.

More wanderings around Hay-on-Wye led to more bookshops 😁 Some go for a random display, whilst others make their shelves a work of art. This stack of yellow Gollancz sci-fi classics is sure to appeal to @philspeculates.bsky.social amongst others!
First time for us! Lovely spot, even if we're forced to dodge the showers by... er... running into a book shop.
I think a lot of it is down to the tourist trade. We've certainly bought a few today!

I'm spending this week in Hay-on-Wye in Wales, also known as the town of books due to the number of bookshops found here. Could get used to this 😁

New Spotlight Indie Audiobook Review The Way of Renegades by Steve D Wall. Narrated by Steven Pacey "The Way of Renegades is a distinctive calling card by an author with so much talent."
My first review for @spotlightindie.bsky.social this year is The Way of Renegades by Steve D Wall. I waited far too long to read this flintlock fantasy. With its beautifully realised fantasy world and brilliant characters this is a terrific debut!

After repeatedly hashing up every single step on the Mailerlite onboarding process, my daughter came to the rescue. Apparently what I was doing wrong was not following the simple step by step guide and doing things in a completely random order, then yelling when it didn't work 🤷♂️
This morning I'm just having a play around and writing the next chapter of Larksong for fun. This is pure by the seat of my pants storytelling and I'm enjoying the freedom that comes with that!
Hey Everyone! I’m excited to be releasing the first instalment in my new serialised novella, Larksong, over on my Patreon. If you want to get exclusive access to all my latest stories, why not check it out?
